V3.1.0 features · Preview
The candidate is privately archived with downloads on hold; clean-Windows validation is pending. These are implemented workflows, without a promised refinement score for arbitrary data.
Preview features
Background preview
Preview, adjust and confirm background before refinement, with zoom and view history. Later refinement may still optimize it.
Resumable search
Save completed search progress and continue from the retained result rather than repeating completed trials.
Manual one-step refinement
Select parameter groups for one step, then review and accept or reject the candidate. Undo includes integrity checks.
Sample and profile controls
Control crystallite size, microstrain and preferred orientation. Keep current values by default and validate unsupported or invalid settings.
Atomic parameters and constraints
Select site coordinates, displacement and occupancy, including by element, while retaining symmetry restrictions and validating constraints and dependencies.
Import compatibility and status
Includes current CIF and zero-intensity import fixes, with visible busy, pending-candidate and manual-availability states.

Release notes
V1.2.5 portable test build. Download availability is shown live above.
- Fixes the first-confirmation replacement workflow for an existing project. Cancel and recycling-failure safeguards are retained.
- Enables Windows native-dialog configuration for path entry (Ctrl+L / Alt+D). Dialog language follows Windows. Configuration is verified; interactive desktop acceptance is pending.
- Scientific algorithms, numerical runtime, crystal-preview code and licensing bytes remain unchanged. Valid same-machine V1 licenses from v1.2.4 retain their terms; the existing license term is unchanged. v1.2.3 and unmarked legacy codes still require reissue; V2/V3 are unchanged.
- V1.2.4 remains separately available with its original package and download links. The reported remote black structure-preview issue is outside this fix.
Installation & activation
Extract the entire archive and choose the Chinese or English launcher. Chinese is the default; both share one runtime and machine-bound license.
On first launch, send the Machine ID to hello@aimatralab.com to request activation, then import the license file or enter its code. New licenses cover v1.2.4 and later V1 updates on the same computer, in both languages. v1.2.3 and unmarked legacy codes require reissue. Validity follows the issued license; upgrading does not change the existing license term.
Native-dialog configuration is verified; interactive desktop acceptance is pending. The reported remote black-preview issue is outside this fix.
Clean Windows and third-party antivirus acceptance is pending.

Release notes
V1.2.4 portable test build. Download availability is shown live above.
- 20261026 runtime repair: restores missing original-version NumPy testing support and the GSAS helper needed for backend loading. No dependency upgrade or change to refinement algorithms, numerical DLLs, launchers or existing activation.
- 20261025 V1 license-boundary revision: new licenses cover v1.2.4 and later V1 updates on the same computer; v1.2.3 and unmarked legacy codes require reissue. V2/V3 are unchanged.
- 20261024 crystal display refresh: fixes arrow and a/b/c alignment after rotation; preserves occupancy colors, polyhedra, orientation controls and image export. The refinement algorithm is unchanged.
- New: bounded geometric pre-Fit Bragg positions from CIF and confirmed instrument settings, in separate phase rows; constant-wavelength laboratory X-ray, synchrotron and neutron coverage.
- Retained import compatibility: CIF UTF-8 encoding handling and clear errors, tag case and omitted columns, preserving explicit parameters; supported two/three-column data with explicit weighting and uncertainty choices.
- Retained: single/multiphase staged refinement, phase-specific profile candidates, crystal preview and CIF/Excel/TIFF export.
- Updated license terms: fixed Chinese/English entries share one runtime and machine-bound license; offline activation; validity follows the issued license and is unchanged by upgrades.
- The geometric preview supplies no intensities or Rwp and does not validate indexing. No TOF, magnetic or modulated structures; the refinement algorithm is unchanged.

20261022-r2: bilingual offline-licensed edition with fixed Chinese and English launchers sharing one runtime and machine-bound license; Chinese is the default. Support and activation email: hello@aimatralab.com; r2 corrects the activation email hint. Retains V1.2.3 CIF tag-case and omitted-column compatibility, fixed source Uiso/Biso=0, and nonnegative-intensity import with explicit positive uncertainties. Original observations, selected weighting and scientific checks are preserved. Historical release; downloads paused.
V1.2.3 current contact: hello@aimatralab.com
Preview: background preview and confirmation, resumable staged search, manual one-step refinement with candidate accept/reject and undo, size/microstrain/preferred-orientation controls, and per-site coordinate/displacement/occupancy selection with constraint checks. Includes current import compatibility fixes. Candidate build; clean-Windows validation pending. Privately archived; downloads on hold.
The main download retains the original release. The 2026-10-20 contact-only maintenance package (contact-r1-20261020) is available via the Baidu mirror, with support email hello@aimatralab.com; scientific code and existing access requirements are unchanged. Adds staged adaptive refinement that retains valid improvements and fixes equivalent ionic symbols in CIF files. Coordinates and displacement parameters remain opt-in. Weighting must match the measurement data; results depend on the selected model and settings. Windows portable test build with the public PbSO4 example and SHA-256 checksums.
